Ada uses third-party APIs and data providers to source, verify, and enrich B2B contact information, including email addresses and phone numbers of prospects. We do not own or generate this data. We do not warrant its accuracy, completeness, legality, or fitness for any particular purpose, and we assume no liability arising from your use of it. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of any contact data complies with all applicable laws, including data protection, privacy, anti-spam, and telemarketing regulations in your jurisdiction and the jurisdiction of the recipient.

4. How we use information

• Operate, maintain, and improve the service.
• Generate campaigns, drafts, and analytics on your behalf.
• Send transactional and service-related communications.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

5. Subprocessors

We rely on trusted subprocessors to deliver the service, including cloud infrastructure, database and auth providers, AI model providers, voice/telephony providers, email delivery services, and B2B data enrichment providers. These vendors process data on our behalf under their own terms.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe.
